Roberto sets the visual and design standard for Young Hero, leading new business and shaping the creative vision across brand campaigns, original ventures, and cultural collaborations. With a designer’s precision and a founder’s ambition, Roberto helps define how each idea should look, feel, and move. His belief is simple: great ideas deserve great design. At Young Hero, that means directing design teams cast for their passion in the specific world of each brief, then making sure every touchpoint is crafted with taste, clarity, and intent.

The architect behind the structure that allows Young Hero to move with both rigor and agility, Zoë drives the agency’s financial stewardship, operational health, account partnerships, and business affairs. Her role is central to how the company scales bespoke teams around every brief, bringing together clients, creators, and production teams in a way that feels fluid, focused, and built to deliver. She ensures the work is supported by a business foundation as thoughtful as the creative itself.

Nick leads the narrative and conceptual spine of Young Hero’s creative. With nearly two decades of writing experience across independent and network agencies, he helps connect brand ambition with cultural truth, building creative around the voices, communities, and passion points that give each brief its own distinct energy. His focus is on helping brands find the story only they can tell, then shaping that story into entertainment and moments audiences want to seek out and engage with.
