For Ro’s latest campaign, we teamed up with NBA legend Charles Barkley and director Brandon “Beedy” Pierce (of Dunkin’ DunKings fame) to blend Barkley’s signature humor with a serious message about accessible healthcare.

The Big Mouth campaign flips the script on traditional weight loss ads—showing Ro’s film shoot derailed by Barkley just being, well, Barkley. It’s raw, honest, and airing during the NBA playoffs.

And there’s real heart behind the humor. Barkley’s story with GLP-1s is deeply personal: he lost 50 pounds before losing access. Now, he’s partnering with Ro for a fresh start—and helping to spotlight more sustainable, supportive healthcare along the way.
