The Big Mouth campaign flips the script on traditional weight loss ads—showing Ro’s film shoot derailed by Barkley running his big mouth. It’s raw, honest, and airing during the NBA playoffs.
And there’s real heart behind the humor. Barkley’s story with GLP-1s is deeply personal: he lost 50 pounds before losing access. Now, he’s partnering with Ro for a fresh start—and helping to spotlight more sustainable, supportive healthcare along the way.
The campaign reframed conversation around GLP-1s, giving a younger and more male-focused audience permission to embrace weight loss medication and the Ro Body membership as a legitimate health choice rather than a failure of willpower.
